Liloo Wear has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To request a refund or exchange, send an email to info@liloowear.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) with details. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours. (Note: Gift cards are a non-returnable item.) 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are approved for an exchange, you will be charged for any cost differences in the price but then  you will get free shipping on the new item you want to exchange it for . Your exchange will be shipped via priority mail within 10-15 business days with tracking. We will email you the tracking information when your shipment goes out.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Defective/Damaged Items

We will replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) at info@liloowear.com and explain the problem in detail. 

 

*Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
